The ‘Soma’ Method – Movement – Play – Mindfulness
Classically inspired, this full body Mat flow will target every inch of your body. Work at whatever pace, range and level. We welcome all modifications to movements so that you are taken care of throughout your workout.
New to Pilates or housing any injuries, the class will be Semi personalised so that you leave feeling good, balanced and uninjured.
Duo Mix Equipment & Duo Mat
60 minutes | $80pp equipment
45 minute | $60pp Mat only
Duo appointments offer individualised training and will enhance your Pilates experience – to better your body and centre your minds. Aims to build core strength, improve flexibility and posture while improving your overall well being. Move better, feel better.

Personalised Pilates session to your needs and wants. Feel safe and secure knowing you are looked after. Whatever your intention for starting or continuing Pilates is, we will make sure it is achieved.

If one partner of the duo cannot make the scheduled session, class will be rescheduled or cancelled or session will be charged at the rate of a private class.

Please note that no refunds or credits are offered for unused packs, expired packs or change of mind.
Pack extensions are available should you need to put your membership on hold.
12 hour cancellation policy applies. Without relevant notice your session will be charged in full.
Pre payment required for all drop-in classes.
3 month expiry on 10 packs and 6 month expiry on all other packages from date of purchase – packs will not be extended or refunded after expiry.
