Soma FLOW (Mat) – Beginner – Intermediate Flow focusing on stretch and strength movements suitable for those wanted a a restorative and deep strengthening workout.
Soma ENERGY (Mat) – Intermediate – Advanced. The ‘Soma’ Method – full body focussed suitable for those wanting to move and flow with more intensity.
Group Equipment Classes (Coming Soon)

Small group classes of 4 people. A Circuit flow on Reformer Wunda Chair, Springboard and Mat. Suitable for every body and all conditions, this workout will target your specific needs and focuses on a personalised flow in a group environment.

Duo 60 minutes | $80pp for Equipment or $60pp for Mat only
Private and Duo appointments offer individualised training and will enhance your Pilates experience – to better your body and centre your minds. Aims to build core strength, improve flexibility and posture while improving your overall well being. Move better, feel better.

12 hour cancellation policy applies. Without relevant notice your session will be charged in full.
Pre payment required for all drop-in classes.
3 month expiry on 10 packs and 6 month expiry on all other packages from date of purchase.
